Nina Mouawad (she/هي) is a PhD student of English at Northeastern University. Her research focuses on gender and sexuality in modern Arab literature, and trauma and historical documentation in Arab comics and visual texts. 

She received an MA in English Language & Literature from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.
